At Rosie Haggas Art we take pride in ensuring that our original paintings meet your expectations. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to request a refund.
To initiate a refund, please contact us via email at rosiehaggasart@gmail.com and provide your reason for the return.
Once your return is approved, please ensure the artwork is carefully packed in its original packaging and returned to us under insured cover with full tracking.
Please note that items damaged during return transit due to inadequate packing will be the responsibility of the buyer.
Upon receiving the returned artwork in its original condition, we will process your refund within 14 days.

Damaged Items
In the unlikely event that your painting arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with a photograph of the damage.

We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly. Depending on the situation, we may arrange for a return of the damaged item within 14 days or provide a refund without the need for return.

If a return is necessary, we will provide instructions on how to return the damaged item. Once the damaged item has been returned, we will process your refund within 14 days.

Gift Cards
Provided gift cards have not been used, you have 14 days to cancel the purchase. Once we receive the cancellation request, we will deactivate the gift card and you will receive a refund you are required within 14 days.

Commissions
When you commission a piece of artwork, it is tailored specifically to your preferences, making it unique and personalised. After your initial consultation a 50% deposit will be required. We are unable to offer a refund for the deposit on commission orders once the work has begun.

In the unlikely event that your commissioned piece arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with a photograph of the damage. We will assess each situation individually and find the best solution to ensure your satisfaction.
